FAQs
Please, contact me with the details of what you have in mind and I’ll get back to you in 48 hours to clear the details!
1. Hourly rate. That means that in the first offer that you are going to receive from me there will be a rough hourly split but in the end, when the project is done, the hours may vary – depends of the number of iteration. I will provide you with detailed table with every hours that I worked and the job description of what I have done behind this hours.
How can you be sure if I have worked same hours that I will send you? You can’t! But over the years I have been working with different clients, some of them was working with me as colleagues in companies and most of them are coming back to me over and over again – and they can assure you that I am honorable and working pretty fast. If you doubt – check my testimonial page. If you still doubt contact me and I can provide you with contact of some of my clients for references, or we can try working with billing type 2.
2. Design quote – after we clear the project specification I will send you a design quote (which is still based on summary of hours I am thinking that the project will takes me).
For example typically, first draft of a logo design will include 3-5 different designs for your input, whereas а website design will be presented, according to the specifications we’ve discussed.
After your input, I will make changes and present the refined design for your approval. A second round of small changes is included in the original design quote. After two rounds of changes, any additional changes you request will be billed at my hourly rate.
All this will be spelled out in the design bid proposal for your approval, before a deposit is taken or work begins.
If these elements are important to you, I welcome you to read my client testimonials if you still not sure – let me try to impress you with some of my projects done. Should you decide that an investment in my quality design work is money well spent, I would be pleased to work with you.
I cannot price match because, truly, all things are not equal from one designer to the next.
As you can read in my client testimonials, I have a reputation for reliable and timely delivery.
For example: design of web banner will take like a day if we have a clear requirements for it, same is for a flyer that we have a key visuals and brand identity.
We may have an in-person meeting if you’re in Sofia, Bulgaria area, or you may provide details on the phone, email or Skype. But if we want to have a effective meeting/conversation we need to have clear information of what is your core need. Best way is to fill my Project Inquiry Form.
A deposit will be needed before work begins, depends of the size of the project and our agreement. I’ll present a first draft by email in suitable format.
With your input, I’ll proceed to polish the design project into final form. Once you review this refined project preview, I’ll make your final changes.
The final file will be emailed for your signoff. Once the balance of the amount due has been paid, I can then upload all necessary files to your server or your printer, or for website design, your site will go live.
Unfortunately, this is available only for Bulgaria at this time, but I can help you in your communication with the print house in your area, just note that all this is an additional work and it will be billing in my hourly rate.
I include as many pieces in my portfolio as time permits!
